No, Maison QR operates as a web app. Once you’ve completed the onboarding process with us and our partners, we’ll provide you with an Android device for each store. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can fully utilize theMQR suite from your own or your staff’s mobile devices—both Android and Apple technologies are fully supported.
We take care of this process on your behalf. Through our partners, your sales revenues will be automatically settled to the account and currency registered with us, typically on a daily basis.
Refunds using crypto currencies are a little more complicated than with traditional ‘fiat’ currencies and cards. However, if you are likely to receive refund requests, Maison QR manages the entire process end to end, seamlessly and automatically from within the MQR suite.
We use our own marketing channels and from Q2 25, reward consumers with our own Web3 loyalty programme for shopping with your brands.
MQR is freely available to all brands who list their in-store product assortment with us.
We can partner in 2 ways: 1- Performance-based commission model: Pay us only when you make sales via MQR with any of the supported consumer payment methods. The fees vary, please contact us to get a quote to suit you. 2- Affiliated clienteling model: If you choose this model, we will drive new consumers to your boutiques with reserved and paid-for products.
