Yes. All products listed on Maison QR undergo a strict authentication process carried out by our trusted partners. Also, each second-hand item is issued a certificate of authenticity, this certificate will be minted and sent to your wallet via Maison QR, usually within 5 days to ensure receipt of goods.

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, the payment method cannot be changed. If your order is still eligible for cancellation, you may cancel it and place a new order using your preferred payment method.

No, Maison QR operates as a web app. Once you’ve completed the onboarding process with us and our partners, we’ll provide you with an Android device for each store. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can fully utilize theMQR suite from your own or your staff’s mobile devices—both Android and Apple technologies are fully supported.
We take care of this process on your behalf. Through our partners, your sales revenues will be automatically settled to the account and currency registered with us, typically on a daily basis.
Refunds using crypto currencies are a little more complicated than with traditional ‘fiat’ currencies and cards. However, if you are likely to receive refund requests, Maison QR manages the entire process end to end, seamlessly and automatically from within the MQR suite.
We use our own marketing channels and from Q2 25, reward consumers with our own Web3 loyalty programme for shopping with your brands.
MQR is freely available to all brands who list their in-store product assortment with us.
We can partner in 2 ways: 1- Performance-based commission model: Pay us only when you make sales via MQR with any of the supported consumer payment methods. The fees vary, please contact us to get a quote to suit you. 2- Affiliated clienteling model: If you choose this model, we will drive new consumers to your boutiques with reserved and paid-for products. Attribute Management
- Maximum Attributes: You can add up to 8 attributes per product. Ensure that each attribute is relevant and enhances the product’s description or functionality.
Product Images
- Image Upload Limit: You are allowed to upload up to 3 optional product images.
- Image Dimensions: Ensure each image is of size 343×452 pixels for standard product images.
- Full Screen View: For a full screen view image, use dimensions of 343×768 pixels.
Pricing and Discounts
- Decimal Places: Limit prices and discounts to 2 decimal places to maintain consistency and accuracy across your listings.
Category Requirements
- Pre-Created Categories: Ensure that the Parent Category – Category Name is already created in your system. This will facilitate easier organization and categorization of products.

MaisonQR does not handle any client funds. Our merchants’ and consumers’ funds are managed in an entirely secure and regulated environment by contracted and regulated partners. Please reach out to contact@www.maisonqr.com with any specific queries in this regard.

MaisonQR does not handle or retain any personal data that is related to payments other than as specified within our Terms & Conditions for merchants, privacy policies and cookie policies. We are in effect a technical switch, a ‘hub’, we pass data to and from consumers and contracted regulated entities, any data that we are not able to process due to regulations in force will be processed via approved technologies such as secured iFrames to our payments partners for processing. We do display data relating to the outcomes of transactions, hash codes, success, failure, activity, history etc. Any and all sensitive data relating to payment transactions is held and processed by our contracted regulated partners. Yes, Maison QR accepts returns under specific conditions. Buyers may request a return if the item is:

If a return is approved:
