No, that’s not necessary. You have the option to reserve products and make the payment when you visit the store. Once a product is reserved, the store will reach out to you directly to coordinate your viewing and subsequent purchase through Maison QR.

No, Maison QR operates as a web app. Once you’ve completed the onboarding process with us and our partners, we’ll provide you with an Android device for each store. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can fully utilize theMQR suite from your own or your staff’s mobile devices—both Android and Apple technologies are fully supported.
We take care of this process on your behalf. Through our partners, your sales revenues will be automatically settled to the account and currency registered with us, typically on a daily basis.
Refunds using crypto currencies are a little more complicated than with traditional ‘fiat’ currencies and cards. However, if you are likely to receive refund requests, Maison QR manages the entire process end to end, seamlessly and automatically from within the MQR suite.
